(1) Alfred acted professionally and was considerate; (2) Alfred seemed to know his job well; (3) It is not clear whether the digital controller is installed properly. For example, the display panel does not show any display (manual control or automatic control). Also, a very minor issue is that the wiring of the digital controller was imperfect. For example, the wire connector cap was loose (which I tried to fix). (4) Alfred drops working parts to the ground more often than I thought should happen.
