Luis, arrived at our house exactly when he said he would. He was thorough in his testing of our Air Conditioning, and diagnosed the issue quickly. He had everything running smoothly in only a short time. He explained the issue and each step of what he was going to do. Great customer service!

Our A/C went down over memorial day weekend, and I called AquaStar after reading several positive reviews online. Despite there being a higher number of appointments due to the unusually high temps, they promised to send someone out ASAP, and made sure to keep me updated on when a tech would be out to the house. Everyone I spoke with was great, from Tina who helped me get an appointment set up, to Luis who performed the repairs and made sure to communicate my options clearly and explain how he would need to fix the issue. Based on my experience I wouldn’t hesistate to refer friends and family to AquaStar in the future.

Moved water lines and drain lines to allow for installation of new bathroom vanity.
Removed 11 birds from exhaust and chimney. Added screen to chimney top to stop birds from entering again.
Corrected loos wire connection that was closing furnace to not come on
Replace failed bleeder valves, feed valve, and back flow prevention valve
new flex duct from exhaust fans to proper mount in attic. Replace two supply ball valves for hose bibs.
Remove old tub and faucet and installations of new wall mount tub with deck faucet and 2 new supply stops.
Replaced failed drain that had begun to leek.
