Arctic Sun sent someone very quickly to my house. He arrived exactly on time. He identified the problem very quickly and had the parts on hand to fix it. Granted, some of that was luck — it could have been a much more difficult problem — but he did it.

Jeremy was both pleasant and professional. I greatly appreciate him coming out on a Sunday to replace our broken water heater, so I didn’t have to use cold water to shower and shave for work tomorrow. Friendly, Reliable and Understanding. A/C problems, I called their office on a Sunday for a service call Monday. Was told their office opens at 7:00 AM and that someone will contact me soon after opening. Received my call soon after opening. Reviewed that basic problems and was given a window between 12 -3:00 PM the same day. Their offices touched base with me about 11:20 AM that the technician would arrive in 30 - 40 minutes. He arrived at noon. Did thorough inspection gave me the estimate that I approved and completed repairs in a timely manner.

Checked motors, capacitor, filter, vacuum switch and tubing, igniter, flue, humidifier, UV, blower, gas valve, limits. Cleaned humidifier, wiped down unit, cleaned burners and flame sensor. Everything working properly
Estimate for replace heating and cooling system.
Service furnace and air conditioning. Found bad capacitor, contactor and leaking pan on indoor coil. Everything running at this time.
No ac. Found bad capacitor, bad connections, and a dirty filter. Replaced capacitor and connections. All good at this time.
Checked air conditioner, found bad dual capacitor and replaced with new. Everything working properly
Maintenance on ICP rooftop unit and window units.
Replaced water heater with tankless water heater.
Check hot water heater. Found cracked. Quoting new heater.
