I got the promised call in advance of Tim's arrival, and he did a though check on my heating system, going above and beyond to fix several problems that were actually outside of his assigned duties. These included re-attaching the thermostat that was coming loose on the wall, and clearing the drain of our dehumidifier so water would not collect on the basement floor near the furnace.

Jeremy & Tyler just installed a new heat pump, after Sam came to our home yesterday for a temporary repair. All three employees were polite, professional and responsive. We now have a new system and thanks to all three associates for helping us out!
