Excellent across the board. Arctic Sun took my call at 10am and had a tech here at 11:30. Sam was friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through what he’s doing and completed the work very quickly. Will definitely be recommending them to others should they have issues.

No heat after diagnose found bad blower motor,recommended to replace motor.
Checked motors, capacitors, filters, igniters, flame sensors, gas valves, UVs, vacuum switches and tubing, limits, blowers, fuses. Cleaned burners and flame sensors. Bad solenoid on humidifier. Everything else working properly.
Heat check. Found thermostat way out of calibration and replaced.
