Xiong was very polite, thorough, and professional. He explained everything he would be doing, showed me pictures of what he did, and answered all my questions. He also wore paper shoecovers so as not to dirty my off-white carpet, and cleaned up when he was finished. I am a One Hour AC&H customer for life!
