This should have been a routine homeowner maintenance item but the installer never told us we should be doing this. What do i know? That said, the technician was excellent and showed me how to keep on top of this. He also adjusted the infinity controller to give an error message. No charge other than the standard $99 to make a house call. (say what you will about that but I am not commenting on prices here).
