Cody very quickly diagnosed the problem with the thermostat and made the needed corrections. He asked if the furnace had been inspected when the thermostat was installed and I did not think that it had been. Cody checked it and explained what he was doing and how the different parts worked. He was thorough and I was very pleased with his work. He then explained how to set the thermostat on both my phone and ipad.
