I contacted A Star because my heating system gave out sooner than expected due to poor installation from the original builder. The team at A Star walked me through all the issues and possible solutions with no pressure on closing a sale. Once the selection was made, they began to work. Once completed they made sure I was happy with the work, insured I was ok to operate the new thermostats and finally I was able to get the proper heating to our bi level home like I had never been able to. Awesome team, great communication and professionalism.
