MOST PROFESSIONAL COMPANY

WE NEEDED TO REPLACE A 23 YR OLD GAS FURNACE, CALLED MULTIPLE COMPANY'S WITH NO CALL BACK. CONTACTED ASTAR ON A SATURDAY AND THE YOUNG LADY STATED THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL ON MONDAY. KEVIN HENNESSEY CALLED AND SET AN APPT. FOR TUESDAY. HE CALLED 1/2 HOUR BEFORE ARRIVING ( WHICH THEY SAID HE WOULD ) AND SPENT 2 HRS ASSESSING THE JOB. HE QUOTED US A FAIR PRICE AND GAVE US OPTIONS. THE NEXT DAY HE CAME BACK WITH RON, INSTALL SUPERVISOR TO PREPARE A MATERIAL LIST. TOMMY AND JERICHO CAME THE DAY THEY SCHEDULED AND RETURNED THE NEXT DAY FOLLOWED BY ROB WHO REVIEWED THE JOB AND PERFORMED THE START UP PROCEDURE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT,KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS. THEY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS DURING AND AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. WITHOUT A DOUBT THE CLEANEST INSTALL I HAVE EVER SEEN. ( AND I WAS IN THE TRADES FOR OVER 50 YRS ). IF I COULD GIVE THEM MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD!

Beyond Great Service

I’ve used other companies for HVAC/Central Air and Plumbing. There is no comparison, A Star is exceptional. They are professional, pleasant, and work efficiently. I can sleep better knowing they are servicing our home and have 100% faith in their work. Same goes for the office and corporate. They are always readily available to assist and are understanding to their customers needs.

Great guy, great service

So this was a routine maintenance, which always keeps my furnace, AC and other Astar products running well and problem-free. What wasn’t routine was Astar’s new computer program for billing and signing up for a new Comfort Care Program (which I wanted to do in part because it spreads billing over 12+months). It was the first day on the new program for the Astar techs, and John patiently worked his way through it while (patiently) educating me. With a little help from the main office, I’m hooked up. I would highly recommend both John and the new service program! Beth Quinn
