I was very pleased with Paul’s honesty. Initially, he believe there was a leak in the system and carefully explained the situation and probably cause along with cost. After much discussion with Paul, he asked if the vents were open or closed. Because they were closed, he got a false reading regarding the line freezing up and frosting. I am so very grateful that the people and a star are sincerely honest in working with their customers.
