Harry Strikes Again!

Had Harry come to check out some minor noise and blower problems on a recently installed heating unit. Could have just said, "well, that's normal" and left it at that, but he dug a little further and found a faulty motor drawing too much amperage, which may be the cause of the noise problem. The fact Harry went the extra mile to do the right thing is typical of the professionalism and dedication to customer service these guys have. Kudos!
