Today, 3 November 2021, i had another visit by Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning . It's been one year since installation of the new Rheem Heat/Air conditioning unit sold and installed by Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning Company. As a member of Atlas's Total Comfort Program I get two service visits per year at a most reasonable cost. A rare happening these days! Alex Cornette was the technician that I asked and as always showed up on time! As expected, Alex went to work and checked , cleaned and gave me a detailed information as what he was doing and the results of his work. As it was everything checked out 100% OK. Since we are now in the heating season, all work and system analysis was mainly done on the systems Heating Section and Controls. Voltage Checks, Amperage ratings and checking for any lose wiring connections etc. He inspected and cleaned natural gas Ignition System and various other components relating to it. In other words a very thorough job. Alex Cornette's mannerisms, technical knowledge and friendly customer service is above reproach and a credit to him, to Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning Company as a whole. Mr. Cornette has just completed d his one year employment with Atlas and looks forward towards a long term career with them. Atlas management needs to fast track Alex into managerial positions by ensuring his technical knowledge is updated by allowing him to attend advanced technical courses on any and all of the newest technology's upgrades and of course on a company voucher. For the readers of this review: this is my fourth review for Atlas HV/AC. I have been using Atlas now for three years, not only on my home HV/AC unit, but had them over to my daughter,s for her's. I trusted Atlas to install a new Rheem unit last year. My trust was NOT misplaced. I have high confidence in their technicians and found them all (regardless of who they were) to be highly knowledgeable on the technical side of their trade. We home owners may think we know how to fix our air conditioning units, but truthfully we have to leave it to those who are in that career field. Atlas has knowledgeable technicians. I trust them. After you use them, you will too!
