This company is excellent in every way. They were very professional from their assessment and throughout the job. Three years ago I paid another company to make a hole in my basement and install a sump pump. I told them it would not work after paying them, and I was proven right in January and February of this year when my basement flooded. Then my new boyfriend looked at it and recommended Automatic Heating and Air. They did exactly what I needed and they will be able to do more jobs for me! My house will be 100 years old next year. Now that I know about Automatic there will be more home improvements! Now I can be confident leaving my house for vacations instead of having to stay home and monitor my basement. And I do not have to worry about pilot lights for my furnace and hot water heater being snuffed. It sometimes took a week for them to be sufficiently dry to relight.

Great response time. Trevor did an excellent job explaining what repairs were needed during his initial diagnostic visit. He was able to return in just a couple of days to make the necessary repairs and communicated throughout the morning. His coworker was also very friendly/polite.
