Skip was great throughout the entire process. He was very thorough and helpful. The guys who completed the installation were nice but did seem to take some shortcuts (did not test furnace before leaving, put styrofoam beneath outdoor unit instead of concrete blocks). They did return the following day to get the furnace working and replace the styrofoam. Hopefully there were no other corners cut that are now hidden.

They did very good work and was very efficient and was in and out of my house in less than four hours. They installed my complete heat and air conditioning system downstairs. They also cleaned the area before leaving.
