Replaced old equipment with new Amana Unit
Rewired Ecobee Thermostat to fix issue with heat strips coming on.
Came out on a no cooling arrived to find an extremely hot home turned the ac on and found the outdoor fan motor not working firing the capacitor shorted replaced and checked the cooling found the system low on refrigerant and leaking from the evap coil. Informed the homeowner of all the issues and the recommended replacing the system.
