We returned from a weekend at the beach and the house was 90 degrees. It was Sunday evening and I was worried all 5 of us would be sleeping in basement. AVS came out on a Sunday night at 9pm and in 10 minutes replaced my starter and got the AC working. They were courteous, quick, and fair.
