3 technicians came to install our new heat pump. They completed the job in one day, when everyone else said it would take 2 days. They were extremely professional, polite and worked REALLY hard. There was no lolly gagging at all! You could tell they were intent on doing their job. I was wishing they would take a break - it was so hot I kept offering ice water, ice tea....but they said no - we're good but thank you. And never skipped a beat. I was very impressed. Great people to do business with.
