I can not say enough good things about this company and their dedication to first class service. From the start, when Joel presented the facts about what an HVAC system should do for you, to the final tune up this morning. I had consulted and received quotes from four other companies, which only gave me a cost and what they would do in the installation process. The most time they spent on my job in my presence was about 15 minutes. Joel spent about an hour telling me why I should upgrade and what I should look for in the system. We were without central heat for a little over a week, before I made up my mind about who I would use. I had prices ranging from $6,000 to $11,500. Needless to say I took this purchase seriously. Joel provided me with the facts I needed to make the best decision. On Monday Tyler and Chase came to install the package and worked on it for approximately 12 hours, going above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed to operate at its peak. They even called Mark their engineer to make sure that the air return was right for the unit. They worked until after 10 pm to make sure we didn't go another day without heat. There was still a couple of details that needed attention, but we were all tired, and I agreed to wait for a couple of days to complete a couple of non-operational issues so they could get some rest. We were not supposed to have any rain before Friday, so I was good. On Tuesday morning Stephanie called and stated that another team would be out in an hour or two to finish the job, she was exceptionally nice and courteous. The second crew lead by Tanner came out and completed the job, taking the time to tell me things that I had observed the previous crew had worked on, but telling me why they did it. He also gave me pointers that would give me extra protection for not only my unit but my house. I know this is a long narrative, but I feel very strongly about the quality of this company, and would like to help others reach a good conclusion to a tough decision, and an expensive renovation. My heat went out at 7:30 pm and I called Bailey and they had a tech at my home by 10:00 am my preferred appointment time and the heat fixed by 12:30 pm! They even gave me a Military Discount even though I am retired. Stephanie is the best!!! And the tech was so professional, they turned an emergency to a Great Day!!!
Polite, considerate, first repair did not stick. new eyes and minor adjustments and the thermostat is functioning.
