He presents an informed, personal and ethcial approach to ensure his reccomendations for maintenance, replacement and repairs are accurate and appropriate for the needs of the customer. From the initial scheduling phone call with coordinator (Lindsey??) to receiving quotes from on a variety of repair options from Bob, all highly professional on all counts.
