This was a yearly maintenance service under our Silver Shield contract. Our technician Brent Young called to let us know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. Brent was friendly, courteous, efficient and informative. we asked about also having our fireplace serviced on this call and luckily Brent had time to do it. Brent explained what he did today and gave us information about about continuing the Silver Shield plan for another year (which we did). Thank you Brent (and Barron) for a job well done!

Shawn called to tell up he would be early for us scheduled appointment. He assisted us with our control device before doing the maintenance on our heating system. He was very polite and attentive. Shawn told us about new products because our system is 28 years old. He also told us out the silver program to receive additional benefits … which we purchased. PS. Lease send us the brochure regarding the silver plan.
