Shawn called to tell up he would be early for us scheduled appointment. He assisted us with our control device before doing the maintenance on our heating system. He was very polite and attentive. Shawn told us about new products because our system is 28 years old. He also told us out the silver program to receive additional benefits … which we purchased. PS.
