I absolutely LOVED Dave. He was courteous, kind and friendly. As a small lady, I’m always a little nervous to have repairs done on my home when it’s just me there. I felt very safe and respected while Dave was in my home and not nervous at all. In addition to that, he took time to teach me about what he was doing and answer all of my questions so I understood my water heater problems and options thoroughly. I am so appreciative of his great service and patience. His company is lucky to have him :)
