Satchel and the guy who helped him (sorry I didn’t get his name) went over and above the call over the last two days to locate a water heater that would fit in our space, then set to work quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Real gentleman and professional. The unit and the all the water pipes and exhaust venting was all installed neatly. It all looks fabulous and of course having plenty of hot water is great too!
