Willie called ahead of arrival and was early for the appointment. He completed the regular maintenance and addressed one vent that was not blowing out any heat. He repaired the duct and advised me of a plumbing issue. Polite, knowledgeable and Bartlett referred a plumber to address the other issue. I would recommend Willie and Bartlett to any one needing HVAC service.

Thomas was very nice, introduced himself. He arrived in the allotted time line.,Asked if we had any questions before he started the maintenance. After completing the check, explained a couple of options to increase efficiency and improve air quality. Again asked if we had any questions.
