I came home in the evening to no heat and 20degree weather. Bartlett’s 24 hour service was amazing in scheduling in quickly setting up an appointment. Dontea arrived early and very quickly found the problem. I needed a new thermostat and I was so grateful he was able to promptly install a new thermostat on this visit. Everyone that I have encountered at Bartlett has been very helpful, polite, and friendly. Thank you for a job well done!

Donta was the heating tech who serviced my Lennox furnace. He was quick and fixed the problem in less than an hour. It was a clog in the line. The system now works great. Very professional in appearance and knowledgeable!
