I switched to Bartlet in the summer and I was a bit nervous, but Mitchell has been such a thoughtful and thorough technician! He doesn’t rush you and answers all your questions. I don’t feel like they’re trying to always add something else to pay for, they are about repeat business and as a family business I’m happy to support them especially because they’re professional and don’t gauge you for every lil thing! They’re open about pricing and don’t push you. They are competitively priced I just wish things were not so expensive but that’s inflation and not them but that’s why I gave a 4 for price. Overall they’re accommodating and helpful within reason and their tech Mitchel is thorough!
