Had an issue with water leaking in the basement from our hvac system. Called Bassett and explained what was going on and they said it was not urgent, but still came out first thing the next day. Problem was minor and they had it fixed in no time. I was thinking it was gonna be much worse than it was, and they were completely honest and just fixed what needed fixing, gave the system a quick cleaning, and charged a very fair price.
