I've been a loyal Bassett customer since my home was built in 1995 (23 years). Their focus on customer service and attention to detail is outstanding. I participate in their maintenance plan, which gives me priority attention when needed as well as discounts on parts, and the piece of mind that my equipment is being properly maintained.
