Bassett has been our only heating and cooling provider for the last 23 years. I consider their expertise, professionalism and value for the dollar second to none in their industry. We have two heating and cooling systems in our home. Our primary system which was replaced last October, and the secondary system at age 16, will be replaced in a few days. Josh R. completed the service call and has been here several times before. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. If you need a quote on a new system, as for Tim S....he's great to work with.
