Ray showed up to our house when the dispatch said he would and was very polite and professional. This was a service call not a maintenance call. Ray asked what we knew of the problem and used my information to expedite the diagnosis. Within 5 minutes of being there he had Diagnosed the problem and had the replacement part in his hand ready to go. Luckily for us it was a common part that needed to be replaced.
