It took only 3 hours from the time I called to the repair of my AC being completed. I can't express how much I appreciated this as my elderly dog has breathing issues in the heat and humidity. I was beginning to feel the panic of how to best care for her if the AC couldn't be fixed in a timely manner (COVID-19 complicates everything), but Russ identified the problem quickly, fortunately had the parts with him to address the issue, and fixed it even before the heat of the day became an issue. Thank you to Bassett and more specifically to Russ for saving the day for one 12 year old puppy. :)
