I called to request a service call around 9am. The young woman who fielded the call was very pleasant and patient with my long explanation of the problem and assured me that I would receive a call that day. To my surprise she called back within about 30 minutes to tell me a technician was on the way. He was professional, personable and was able to fix my problem within a short time. Luckily it only required a tweak of my thermostat settings. He answered a lot of questions I had and was very reassuring. Things are much better now. I have never regretted doing business with Bassett and I always recommend you to others. You guys are the best!!
