Don performed the service needed very professionally and expertly and was very well mannered. I was surprised to find water puddling in my hall and on the hardwood floor of a bedroom when the AC drain overflowed. I feel this should not have happened with the cutoff switch in place and the routine service which you perform. The overflow I thought was solved by routine service, and the switch was for backup. Both failed. I feel that I should not have been charged for this visit. Thank you for your consideration.
