Ms. Jade serviced our unit in December 2020, so this review is long overdue. She arrived on time, introduced herself, was wearing gloves, booties and a mask, and was personable, knowledgeable and provided the great service we have come to expect from Batchelor's. We believe she is an excellent addition to the Batchelor's team and would welcome her into our home for any future AC maintenance or repairs.
