Performed preventative maintenance and cleaning. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked refrigeration operations and pressures. Checked heat controls and operations. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils. Cleared condensate drain and treated pan. Found no issues during this visit. System is in good operating condition at this time.

Thermostat in auto mode had heat push down too cold. Made temporary repair so customer could toggle between heat and cool. Set up thermostat for 73 heat 78 cool. 28 degree Delta in Heating
cool button broken set up on auto but Mr understands how to operate. Quoted non programmable thermostat and rewire Infinity system to operate as2 speed.
Performed preventive maintenance. System is operating properly at this time.
Customer advised that there was water on concrete floor of garage near end of return box. Examined under vertical drain pan for cracks and moisture none found in return box or in pain. Homeowner did previously flushed drain line in pan. We flushed system let run and is draining at this time. Did find that float switch was sticky and had some moisture in Reservoir. Replaced float switch with new. Advise homeowner to call us the situation occurs again
Performed the annual check up, all modes work promptly at this time.
Found tripped 3 amp breaker. Replaced fuse and restored power. Checked system out and found no discrepancies.
Found and cleaned up the clogged drain, checked operations.
Check operation of unit. Found unit low on refrigerant and performed leak search to find leak in indoor evaporator coil. Explained situation to customer. Customer did not want to take action at this time period.
Found bad blower motor replace motor unit working properly at this time
