Confused

The tech was very businesslike. I found out my thermostat was not compatible with my system. I got the original thermostat out to reconnect it, but the tech said he would have to charge me over $100/ hour to connect it to my system. I tried to connect it myself the same way I disconnected it with the wires marked and it did not work. After several attempts to get it to work I later found out that he had flipped the breaker switch to off. I turned the breaker to on, but there was still no power going to the thermostat. I will try again today. It didn’t seem like it would have been that hard for him to connect the damm thermostat after paying him $67.00 for a service call. Won’t be calling again, and will share this experience with whoever will listen.

Fast reliable service

Had our HVAC unit go down late on a Friday. Bay Area was her first thing Saturday morning they repaired the unit within one hour. Fast service and good pricing. Very satisfied customer.

Simply the Best

Within 2 hours Jamie was at my door. It seems that when my house was built the AC company never set the programable thermostat correctly resulting in all of our heat was from the Auxillary strips and not the air handler

Found the system in the cool mode actually works as heat due to the wrong t-stat wiring. Customer did installed the new wrong t-stat. Explained to customer the problem, customer said will install the old t-stat back by himself.

Arrived a call at 2 homeowner was not at home call them they were 15 minutes away they showed up at 2:15 sound system not running found blowing fuse an air handler breaker in system ran for about 10 minutes then shut down but did not trip breaker low voltage traced wires on low voltage yellow wire found blue pressure switch wire occasionally touching cabinet repaired wire check system unit is working properly at this time charge a half hour labor per John
