Mike was very professional .. sure didn’t mess around. My problem was with a thermostat that was here when I moved in. It was extremely complicated for me to use with preset settings coded in it already and about 11 different buttons with choices to figure it out. So with having 2 AC units I dealt with One side of my house that would be so hot and yet the other side too cool. My Frustration level rose every time I tried to change just the temp. setting. Mike has it set now where it will operate the whole house at one even temperature. I have heard and read such positive feedback about this company and also the fact my neighbor recommended them. Therefore, I didn’t feel the need to contact anyone else ! Very very pleased with Mike - his work and his explanation of my units for me to understand !! Job well done and another satisfied customer !!
Very good at explaining options. Not pushing for higher cost unites when not needed. Able to replace unit in two days. Took time to explain everything.
