Customer called due to no cool found system completely out of refrigerant. Leak searched system found leak in evaporator coil did not find a leak anywhere else no guarantee there is a leak somewhere else. Quoting evaporator coil replacement and or system replacement. System is not operating at this time.
Tune up complete cleaned both indoor and outdoor coils checked system operations in cooling all ok. Cleared drain flushed with dawn and water verified system draining on its own added condensate tablets to drain pan. System operating and draining correctly at this time.
Found that the outdoor unit was not running and indoor unit fan was operating when I arrived. Brandon informed me that the indoor unit was not running before he reset indoor and outdoor units. Checked outdoor unit trouble codes and found a low superheat lockout which is typically caused by low airflow conditions. Indoor unit utilizes a frequency drive which is very sensitive to "dirty" energy. Brown out may have caused indoor unit fan to stop operating, which would then cause outdoor unit low superheat lockout. Reset lockout and saw system begin operating correctly. Verified blower belts are tight and return air filters are clean. I will speak with the office to determine if any further action is required.
Customer will have four in Chase pipe materials at job and ditch previously dug for us no guarantee on system eqi running
Installed temporary portable unit for customer. Also collected $500 deposit
Return to job site and replaced trane EEV board, tested equipment operations, system started operating and shut down immediately, check electronic meter device solenoid and wiring, used board pins to engaged meter device, after resetting several time , system stayed operating normal with refrigerant pressure 120/315 , advised client if problem persists the meter device solenoid need replacement , no action was taken at this time
Customer having a hard time seeing stat lowered stat and left estimates on replacing stat with easy blue reader, stat is set in auto heat is set at 71 and cooling is set at 74

Maintenance completed, drain and flush condensation, clean evaporator and condenser coil, check system electrical components and refrigerant pressure, all systems vitals are good at this time, payments couldn't be completed due low signals or receptions, client will call office for payments

No one home. Tried door and calling customer phone went straight to voicemail. Rescheduling tune up. Check up complete, Clean Indoor coil with coil Jet Machine as best as it can be done in place ,left estimate to pull and clean coil ,neighbor witnessed me cleaning coil
MECHANICALLY CLEANED INDOOR AND OUTDOOR UNIT. FLUSHED DRAIN LINE AND PAN. VERIFIED ALL AMP DRAWS AND ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS. CHECKED ALL REFRIGERANT LEVELS AND TEMPERATURES. SYSTEM IS OPERATING NORMALLY AT THIS TIME.
Check up complete also left estimates on new equipment
Found fault code 54, Suction temperature thermistor fault. Thermistor tested out of range. Need to return with replacement part for repair. Quoted $20 for warranty processing fee due on completion.
