The service representative was prompt, mannerly, and thorough. The price was reasonable.
They usually came when they made an appointment. There was a delay of one day for installation because of a breakdown of communication on their part. The cost was about the same as the last one I had installed. The service men were very pleasant even though they had to work in the heat and install it in a closet.

Round outdoor unit disconnect flipped off. Plug-in disconnect unit did run in Heating and Cooling. Started raining hard only a few minutes after I got here. Real rescheduled to come back and do a full maintenance on system

MECHANICALLY CLEANED INDOOR AND OUTDOOR UNIT. FLUSHED DRAIN. VERIFIED ALL AMP DRAWS AND ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS. CHECKED ALL REFRIGERANT LEVELS AND TEMPERATURES. SYSTEM IS OPERATING NORMALLY AT THIS TIME
Compressor and outdoor fan not coming on, Found points on the contactor burned and pitted, Not sending high voltage to them. Replaced the Contactor, Checked System, System is a 2003 3.5 ton , In fair condition, Cooling at this time. Thank You
Found breaker tripped again. Double checked all connections all high voltage wiring connections are extremely tight did notice one loose lug in outdoor disconnect. Was able to manipulate receiver end of Disconnect pull to tighten and make better connection. Inform customer if breaker Trips Again to please call the office
Found indoor breaker tripped again. Double check all connections system is operating fine at this time. Will have office send me back out at beginning of week to re-check unit
Customer stated that indoor breaker Head trip was able to reset and get unit running found outdoor disconnect wires very loose possible causing breaker to overheat and trip. Ran and check the unit compressor had slightly high amp draw. Replaced with new dual run capacitor due to compressor side of capacitor reading 36 microfarads rated at 45. Customers under carrier parts and labor warranty. Unit is operating normally at this time
Customer called due to burning smell found system to have a bad 4L530 belt. Used spare belt checked system operations in cooling all ok. Ordering more belts system operating and draining correctly at this time. Verified heat was not running in cooling also amped out indoor fan motor all ok. Did not find anything else wrong with system at this time.
Condenser fan motor over amps due to failed capacitor. Replaced capacitor. Bill customer.
