Technician was professional and pleasant. My AC is about 17 yrs old. It was working fine when I called Bay Area. However I hadn't lived in the house wanted to make sure I wasn't going to have any issues. I expected a sales pitch at the end of the appointment. You know the one...Old unit time, for a new one etc. When I asked the technician if I should be concerned with anything I was told that he didn't see any issues with the unit! AWESOME AND HONEST! Will definitely use Bay Area AC again. I only gave a 4 star in price because I had a competitors coupon for 1/2 the price. I had originally scheduled them come out. My husband didn't know and made appointment with Bay.
He came over right away, was very through, unfortunately he wasn't able to solve our problem but he did find out it was our router connection and pointed us in the right direction

My experience with this company is very satisfying!! The response time is beyond expectations!! They did not quit unti they were able to troubleshoot my heating issues and fixed it.
AH breaker tripped, reset, check system operation. 50 amp breaker with 10Kw heat strip. Advise customer of breaker sizes, declined breaker replacement. System operating at this time.
Found a tripped float switch. Treated, flushed, and tested the drain line. The system is starting to rust on the bottom and I suspect the air handler is filling up with water. Due to the age and seer of the system I would recommend the system to be replaced.

maintenance completed, check system operations, advised client to replace air filter regularly, upon arrival, drain system heavily clogg, drain and flush condensation, clean condenser coil and evap coil, check electrical components and refrigerant pressure, system is operating within manufacturing specifications

Blower motor failed Replaced motor and tested
Blank stat. Replaced spade fuse and check operation. System operating at this time. Recommend purchasing a Service contract as system is out of warranty.
Ran complete system tune up. Found no problems at this time. System within factory specifications. Cleaned coils, blower and flushed drain. Dropped off 12 filters. Email invoice on 2/9/2021
