Flushed, treated, and tested the drain system. Also adjusted the pitch of the drain line at the air handler. If the problem happens again while need to have the cabinets moved so we can see how the drain enters the wall or run a new drain line.
Call back completed, upon arrival check system electrical components, noticed heater main wires wasn't connected, reconnected and check heating system and unit operations, all systems vitals are good at this time
10 YEAR PARTS AND 1 YEAR LABOR WARRANTY
Found a bad condenser fan motor. The motor wouldn't spin until I forced it to spin. Also found some refrigerant oil on the condenser coil. Recommend using an OEM motor due to the sizing of the system and the motor.
Found 60amp GE breaker was bad . Only allowing 120v to a 240 vol circuit. Breaker that was bad was in meter main box. Replaced and tested. System now working properly.
Replaced tstat with old tstat I had in van. Tstat was jumping from 70 to 90 with in seconds
Found drain was plugged. Cleaned drain and treated. Drain solve to clean and viper for coil and primary. Flushed with 2 gallons of water then treated drain with Dawn. Ran system and checked flow and it is very good. Also explained to customer how to do some preventive maintenance. Note: Customer would like to get Tune up at later date.
10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty
Tstat was set at 65 it was 72° in house no charge.
Found blower module burnt. Had to replace blower motor with module. Installed and tested. System now working properly
Found a blown fuse. Replaced the fuse and installed the customer sprocided thermostat. They replaced the thermostat earlier today trying to fix the system but it wasn't working. Tightened all the wiring connections.
Found a clogged drain line. Flushed, treated And tested the drain.
Ran complete system tune up. System is working within factory specifications. Cleaned drain line and coils. Flushed and treated. Changed filter customer supplied.
