You have been servicing our A/C for the past 14yrs.on more. Plus in between then you installed a brand new system. We even had you do the Aero seal on our previous house. Back then we had major leaks totaling to about %25 between supply and return air. After then it was reduced down to about %2. Yes we did feel the difference in the house, and in our pocket. Great service, and friendly knowledgeable techs.

Found supply duct and side of air handler sweating due to impacted evaporator coil. Coil needs to be pulled and cleaned and inside reinsulated due to suction starting to pull insulation off of inside of air handler. Will schedule day to pull and clean evaporator.

Electronic txv plug not plugged all the way in,only 28% OPEN,PLUG ALL THE WAY IN 98% OPEN. Adjust to proper temp./press. System operating &functioning properly.
Found and adjusted the low refrigerant level, found a leak on the evap.coil, need to replace.
