Shane came out and was very personable and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I was very satisfied with everything. You have a new customer. Thanks for the great customer service.
David’s a great tech. You can count on Bay Area to be truthful and honest...they don’t sell you on stuff that you don’t need.
Bay is the best we have had in our 17 yrs in Ocala. Bought top of the line unit and they keep it like new. Courteous thorough servicing. Great office reception. Recommend to all. Always there to answer my questions.
I'e been dealing with Bay Area for 23 years now. Always well pleased with their service and prices. Never had a problem with a repair. Good, solid business. When the founder sold out some years ago, I was afraid service might suffer, but from my perspective, that has not happened. It's like the original owners were still in charge.
As always, very pleased with the service you provide.
Shane was very professional and Courteous.
You have been servicing our A/C for the past 14yrs.on more. Plus in between then you installed a brand new system. We even had you do the Aero seal on our previous house. Back then we had major leaks totaling to about %25 between supply and return air. After then it was reduced down to about %2. Yes we did feel the difference in the house, and in our pocket. Great service, and friendly knowledgeable techs.
Top quality service across the board.
