We just moved here after buying a home and noticed the ac unit in garage was leaking water badly. I called Bay Area AC on Sunday after reading several good reviews on Nextdoor, and received a call back early this morning. I was able to get on the schedule this afternoon. Shane was very polite and friendly as well as extremely professional. He cleaned the lines and checked it was in working order, and went above what was necessary to have it fixed. We will definitely continue to use Bay Area AC and Shane as needed!
The service was prompt and resolved the issue, I would give the serviceman 5 stars, but the labor charge was quite high for the work done, especially when added on to the service call charge.
He was very good about giving me information as to how to take care of my unit. He also explained some of the conveniences on my thermostat. He especially made be feel better when he didn't laugh at the wrong way I put in my filter. He was wonderful!
Although you had to change the appointment time twice, when the tech did arrive he did a fantastic job and even helped us with additional help.
Performed preventative maintenance and cleaning. Checked all electrical connections and components. Checked refrigeration operations and pressures. Checked heat controls and operations. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils. Cleared condensate drain and treated pan. Found no issues during this visit. System is in good operating condition at this time.
Found tape from initial install of reme Halo peeling away from supply plenum. Re-secured with spray glue and tape and put mastic around tape. Unit operating normally at this time
Replaced warranty mini split head for customer satisfaction. Tested operations all ok. System operating correctly at this time. Did verify system shuts off at desired temperature.
System works with follow me function. But when you use not follow me with a regular call for cooling system will not stop cooling after temperature is satisfied. Called tech support and was advised to replace board and temp sensor which i did still doing same thing. Will consult with management about resolution. Sensor 11201007003103

Went though system found no issues but did have impacted filter last check up way of 6/3/2021 no charge recall with in 30days 20 degree split and comp 15 rated 19.4 condenser fan running .9 rated 1.3
