We have the company out several times to diagnose the ac system with no luck. $1500 later and we still have the same issue. Solution is a new $13k systen

I am not disputing the technicians opinion of the system, it will need to be replaced, however it clearly shows on the outside of the unit that it was replaced in 2003 and not in the 1980s as he states.

Not communicating with ID unit. Replaced blower motor and operate system in check out mode. System operating but UI shows 120 v line voltage, check voltage and it's 240. Many EM code for brownout conditions. System operating at this time in normal mode but RS for tomorrow to check operation.

Annual ac tuneup and cleaning. I checked all operations of system. I checked refrigerant pressures. I checked static pressure and temp split. I checked amp draws to components. I waxed outdoor unit and cleaned both coils. I flushed drainline. I did not find any issues at this time.

service call completed, defrost board has some burn areas , board is getting power but is not being energized, there was couple power surge in the area lately, recommended to replace defrost board first and ordered a outdoor fan in case there was damaged from the surge as well, call client with quote

Found compressor valves no good compressor running flat with no compression. Pulling 3.5 amps Highly recommended replacing system. Customer is going to call back when paperwork is found . At that point if system has no warranty we need to reschedule to come give an estimate Note: May tag unit with no ID or labels.

Annual ac tuneup and cleaning. I checked refrigerant pressures and static pressure. I checked all amp draws and heat strip. I checked capacitor and found it swelling and about to fail. It was causing high amp draw to compressor. I replaced capacitor CAP030A. Then I waxed outdoor unit. I cleaned both coils and flushed drainline multiple times with dawn. I discussed silver contract and homeowner purchased contract and I deducted 79 for cleaning today and discounted capacitor 30%. I got equipment info and replaced filters furnished by homeowners. The system is running well at this time. I sent quotes for new system per homeowner.

Service call completed, upon arrival unit wasn't getting high voltage, checked electrical components, found 60 amp disconnect breaker not engaging and contactor element pitted, advised client system condition and provide with options and recommendations, replaced defective component and tested system, systems is working at this time, this unit is over 17 years old, coils are very impacted with rust, compressor and other components aren't very efficient send on email on file systems replacement quote, financing options are available, call to scheduled
