Jeff, air conditioning technician, was thorough in checking both the outside air conditioning unit and the inside handler. I especially appreciated his willingness to take time to solve the problem I expressed about the feeling of stickyness in the house. The adjustment certainly makes the house feel more comfortable during the day. The only concern I have is that the thermostat shows about 4 degrees less than what it is set for. I hope the dehumidifier running does not increase my electric bill. Jeff offered to come back and adjust the humidity/air temperature if needed. This is going above and beyond excellent customer service.
Found two issues that prior companies never fixed.
Steve, as he always has in the past, provided us with superb maintainence on our yearly service and cleaned out lines along with checking out our unit thoroughly. We have used Bay Area for over 22 years and we feel they are the best in Citrus County.

Found drain backing up and shutting down system. Cleaned, flushed and treated drain. Tested and waited to make sure of good flow. System draining properly now
Service call completed, client stated system wasn't cooling the day before, check electrical components and refrigerant pressure, unit are ove 15 years old, system are impacted with rust and draw high energy consumption, refrigerant leaks and drain line clogged may occur due system age and life expectancy, send system replacement quote on the email on file
14 SEER CARRIER HEAT PUMP
Found drain backed up again. Neither system has a clean out at a/ h to properly treat and clean drain. Told customer I would install an EZ tee on both for 25 dollars. Unfortunately I switched Van's this morning and I have none in stock on this truck ( van ) . #63 Would like to set for tomorrow. Customer will be home all day up until 4pm
Service call completed, upon arrival blower module not energized , replace module and tested equipment, system is cooling at this time, advised clients to scheduled a maintenance for the system

Found something has gotten into duct system and tore it up from unit to mains. Also got into the return duct as well. Only way to fix is to replace duct system under mobile home. 3 ton package unit Would like to add the duct to the financing she has I don't have that on my tablet. Please call and set up to get done. Customer does have cooling, just a good portion is under the house. Estimate is for 940 dollars
Found drain plugged up from air Handler to outside. Installed an EZtee clean out and flushed drain . Flushed pan and descaled coil and drain. Reflushed drain and pan again. System is now draining good. Treated pan and coil . Treated drain with Dawn flushed and treated again.

The new ac system, similar to what you have now. Paid $540 on invoice 92109797. This Invoice Paid in Full.
Test ran cooling and checked puron level along with overall system performance. System is in good working order. Customer was concerned about long run time to lower temperature from 81 degrees to degrees. Explained to customer that run times to achieve this will take longer during peak hours of the day when it is hottest outside.
