Bill was our technician and he came out after we got off work because our 2.5 year old air conditioner wasn’t working. He found the issue quickly and had it fixed in minutes. We did pay an after hours fee but even with that added in the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and this technician. I will definitely use them for any future issues and for maintenance.
Consistent, honest, genuine- from phone call service to technician service and experience. Really happy to work with this company.
GLEN was great! Very knowledgeable and made me feel confident he would resolve issue which he did very quickly!!! Honest company is huge in my book Thank you
I had a leak in a pvc pipe. I called them and they came out next day, explained what he needed to do and price was good. He was very professional and I will definitely call them again.
Tech was very cordial and polite. Dressed appropriately and am happy with his work. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you.
Overall very satisfied. My only peeve is that a newbie brazed the line set and in my opinion was not good at it. The line was grossly over heated and might have cause internal O rings and pistons damage (time will tell). That job should have been left to someone more skilled. I know you would think I'm picky and how does one learn but by doing? True. Still, I believe that this type of skill should be practiced in the shop not in the field. In the end I am very satisfied with the price, equipment I chose, and the overall installation done by the crew. would recommend to others.
Thank you for a HVAC SYSTEM check up and cleaning. Great price!
Bay Area technician was early and worked on my tuneup and exit drain pipe on the outside of the house. He provided summary of work completed and recommendations for air filter, he processed payment and emailed report and receipt.
Glen was great, he trouble shot the issue until he found a reasonable cause and corrected it.
Matt was very polite, well groomed, and knowledgeable about my Lenox A/C. He even took the time to put a handle on the filter for easier access. He offered suggestion on preventing mold & milder by installing UV bulbs. Invoice and additional paperwork was e-mailed promptly after the tune-up. Company suggestions: He arrived 2 hrs early without a call ahead notice. My hubby & I were not home when he arrived as we had planned our day according to appt. time slot. That was somewhat unsettling as I had not cleared the a/c area for him yet or covered floors where he needed to access unit and flush with water. Secondly, Matt did not offer to wear booties inside our home . He needed to walk on our carpet to check vent in one room.
