Not communicating with ID unit. Replaced blower motor and operate system in check out mode. System operating but UI shows 120 v line voltage, check voltage and it's 240. Many EM code for brownout conditions. System operating at this time in normal mode but RS for tomorrow to check operation.

service call completed, check and inspect equipment, checks electrical components and refrigerant pressure, during diagnostic found compressor amperage reading above the normal specifications, this is causing system to draw higher energy consumption, this is a 13 year old system with a R-22 refrigerant, the unit is operating at this time but at any moment system can break down due the system age and condition, provide with system replacement quote

upon arrival i found capacitor open and swollen. I quoted repairand they accepted quote. I checked after condenser started and was cooling fine at this time. CAP355A
Found water leaking from the air handler. Flushed, treated, and tested the drain line. Also removed most of the water from the secondary drain pan.
Found failed dual run capacitor, replaced capacitor
Back bed fan coil was pulled off wall & hanging by a string, this unit not usable Front Bed appears to have either a mechanical issue or an improper charge Liv Rm system & Frnt Bed appear to be operational altho the LR had a prior water complaint which was not evident at service All 3 systems will need AT MINIMUM Charge recovery Electrical wireing between fan coil & condenser completely reworked including service switches at the fan coils Back Bed fan coil needs refund (inspection of copper for kinks also) Liv Rm unit needs line cover There may be hidden issues which could not be addresses during today's visit as they may be concealed It is evident there was no permitting for these systems
Upon arrival i found no refrigerant in system. I pressurized system and found capillary tube covered in some kind of corrosion. The pan was full of it. Then i noticed some kind of big pan treatment on top of coil. When it melted from condensation it ran down coil and built up in corners of pan and looks like it eroded capillary tube. I quoted coil and discussed with homeowner on multiple phone calls. I could not collect because she had to hang up for important call.
Maintenance completed, check and inspect air filters, client has a (IQair perfect 16 ) that has 4 mefia filter (2 inches each filter)according to the client they werw changed last year, unit has a u.v bulb that was replaced a year ago as well, drain line was clogg upon arrival, drain and flush condensation line and add drain pan treatment, cleaned conderser coil and evap coil, check electrical components and refrigerant pressure, all systems vital are good at this time
Annual maintenance System functions normally and within parameters for its age
AH breaker tripped, reset, check system operation. 50 amp breaker with 10Kw heat strip. Advise customer of breaker sizes, declined breaker replacement. System operating at this time.
Found pump and drain clogged with jelly cleaned and flushed unit operating properly
Found the system low on 410a. Added 3 lbs of 410a and tested the systems operation. Recommend having maintenance completed on the system. Also a leak search.
Found the system low on 410a also the internals are starting to rust. Recommend system replacement as it is out of warranty. Second owner. Will reschedule to provide the estimate.
