Found scroll compressor with broken linkage internally and will need to be replaced. Warranty.

Found water leaking from the air handler onto the ceiling. Added a ez T to the system to allow the customer access to treat the system. Note: no warranty on todays service call nor will we be responsible for any damages to the system or home. This system is not installed to code and looks to be problematic.

Dual capacitor failed on compressor circut Equipment was determined to possibly have some parts warranty left advised customer of same,, HOWEVER customer performance to forgo waiting on an ordered part, forgoing any warranty Installed new capacitor & tested Recommending customer call for complete tune up, especially to recheck refrigerant charge as home needs to get temp under control

Upon arrival the temp was climbing throughout the day. I went through parameters of ecobee and turned off scheduleding and home away. I checked pressures i raised humidity setting from 50 to 54. I turned fan on and set over cool to 4 degrees. Nothing seemed to stay where I set it. I ordered new stat.

Tstat not recognizing wire to aac+ terminal. Ohmed wire, detected high resistance, switched to another conductor, test and checked system, all rumnniproperly

Upon arrival I reinstalled original thermostat. I had to trace wires since new stat wire had been ran. There were a few colors mixed so system would not run. After rewiring stat and airhandler low voltage the system is cooling at this time. I got equipment info for future reference.

Upon arrival homeowner showed me the locations of both units. I tested unit but had no high voltage to airhandler. I figured out which breaker that was off and reset. The system started and i checked all the components of system. I got equipment info for future reference. It is cooling at this time.
