We have been Bay Area customers for more than 10 years. We purchased our unit from them with a 10 year warranty, which we renewed recently. The smaller upper unit was replaced 9 years ago. The service has always been responsive - even following a hurricane a few years back. Typical repair time 1-2 days. Always a pleasant experience. We were referred to them by a friend and we referred them to our friend. EVERYONE IS VERY HAPPY - still. We were just talking about them yesterday - the day before service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Main home system, North 2 spd condenser, var spd blower and 2 zones with barometric bypass damper Noted emer pan has has water in it, dry at present, the primary drain does not have cleanout access. Areas of evaporator show heavy rusting (expected) Homeowner stated the roofer pointed out an area of wet ducting above the hitchen area, this ducting appears to be rectangular ductboard not easily accessible in attic, wet duct suspect from prior roof leak The condenser is noted as having a slight chasis rattle PAID ON INV 144144013
South system System noted as grossly oversize Customer frequently sets stat at 68Â° Emer pan in attic has some water standing from probabel drain issue (unit has aux drain into pan; no primary float Customer has complaint of 1 room too warm and some water dripping onto ceiling in the commom area, there were no stains to speak of
I retaped ducts going into plenum. Tape was coming loose.i took pictures to send to inspector.

Upon arrival I found capacitor open to compressor side. After quoting repair I replaced capacitor CAP355A then compressor started and is cooling at this time.
Replaced thermostat that was not sending any signal to start condenser . Restarted and tested cooling
