Bill was our technician and he came out after we got off work because our 2.5 year old air conditioner wasn’t working. He found the issue quickly and had it fixed in minutes. We did pay an after hours fee but even with that added in the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company and this technician. I will definitely use them for any future issues and for maintenance.
I had a leak in a pvc pipe. I called them and they came out next day, explained what he needed to do and price was good. He was very professional and I will definitely call them again.

We have been Bay Area customers for more than 10 years. We purchased our unit from them with a 10 year warranty, which we renewed recently. The smaller upper unit was replaced 9 years ago. The service has always been responsive - even following a hurricane a few years back. Typical repair time 1-2 days. Always a pleasant experience. We were referred to them by a friend and we referred them to our friend. EVERYONE IS VERY HAPPY - still. We were just talking about them yesterday - the day before service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Found the system low on r22. Added 2 lbs of r22. The air handler is 15 years old and the condenser is 10 years old. The system is in poor condition and I'd recommend having it replaced. Leaving pressures 68/210
Found contactor bad. 24 volt coil was shorting out. Replaced single pole 30 amp contactor and tested system. System now working properly.
Picked up gas card that was accidently dropped.
Perform yearly maintenance checks and cleanings. Replaced dual capacitor. System operating at this time . RS to add MO99
Routine Tune Up All functions and operations were normal and within parameters
Found two PVC fittings loose causing water to drip. Removed some pipe and repaired the drain line. We will warranty this repair for two years.
Found the system didn't have any refrigerant in it. Pressure tested to 150 PSI which held for 20 minutes. Pulled the system down into a vacuum and charged the system. 12 lbs total added.
Completed the maintenance inspection. Recommend an Ultra Violet system
Marked the heater size and breaker on the air handler and circled the ampage requirement on the factory label. Sealed the bottom of the supply plenum and foamed the hole around the drain line outside. Uploaded images. If the inspector wants to come back out the homeowner said we need to meet with him.
Cut and seal return . System operating at this time. RS to inspect AH.
No heat. System down. Check fuse link, 8kw heat strip pulling 9 A. Sparking at strip connections. Ordered new heat strip. Parts warranty. Advise customer of warranty fee and labor charge.
Upon arrival nothing was working found fuse blown. Then noticed wire came out of female connector that we used for contactor for heater. Blew fuse. I repaired connector and replaced fuse. I tested both heat and cool and is working.
