Infinity T-Stat Shut Down - Torque lockout for 4hrs error message. Technician, Jeff Wood analyzed the system. Last Maintenance was done June 8th so it was no surprise to discover a clogged drain due to the Summer Elements. Jeff made sure there were no other issues that could cause a mechanical failure and offered suggestions for preventing a clogged drain through the summer months. Adding 1 Cup Bleach monthly to the drain will kill bacteria and it is best to Schedule Clogged Drain maintenance every 3-5 months after Spring Maintenance to prevent this point of failure in the future. Jeff is friendly and willing to share his vast knowledge with the homeowner. We are back up and running! Thanks, Jeff!
Bill Haddix was professional, proficient, polite. I called mid-morning and before the end of the day my AC was working once again. Thank you for convenient, competent, quality service at a competitive price.
Two service techs came to remove the old unit and install a temporary unit until our new one arrives. They worked fast and swapped the units, but they indicated they could not remove the old unit as promised, because it would not fit in their vans, so it is still sitting in my garage. Please remove the old unit ASAP.

Found drain had backed up and shut system off on safety float switch. Cleaned drain and treated. Drain is working now. Note: Drain has little pitch but possibly needs more. It should be good but if a problem with drain would become something of a problem then I would suggest adding more pitch.
