Bay Area responded within several hours on a Saturday and repaired our inoperative air conditioning system. In addition to replacing our thermostat, he checked the operation of the system and ensured our overflow tubing was clear.
Completed maintenance. Checked refrigerant pressures, temperature splits, and static pressures. Added 1 lbs of 410a. Cleaned condensor coils and removed all debris from inside package unit. Unit is operating normally.

Arrival 8:05, after several attempts, no answer at door, waited on property for access Tenant arrival 9:10, office to determine if additional charges to be levied Routine Tune Up, Normal functions at present with current ambient temperatures
Completed the maintenance inspection.
All tstat wire condenser and A/H were loose at wire nuts and a few popped out fixed wires and put new wire caps on found that 3 amp fuse and transformer were shot. Replaced 3 amp fuse and transformer tstat was turning on until stat was sending 24 volts to condenser unplugged defrost control board on condenser no further issue system is down and needs defrost control board. Customer will pay diagnostic when unit is up and running
Checked over the concerns from the home inspector. Removed some insulation from around the flu pipe and lifted the flu washer. No signs of moisture around the flex duct.
Checked over the system and found everything working as designed. Changed the wake sleep and home to the same schedule and explained the systems operation.
Initially, furnace had fault 32 = low gas valve not energized, However sequence of operations is draft inducement to operate, have no voltage to draft inducer motor Ordering control board
