They came out to do a cleaning and fix the AC. Worked good then unit had more slime which clogged the handler. They came back out and flushed the system and unit works great. No charge for warranty. Great service and attention to detail. Very knowledgable.

Completed the maintenance inspection. The system is 19 years old and could become problematic. Recommend having the system replaced.

Upon arrival the homeowner had vacuumed his drainline and just wanted me to be sure it was fine. He had it cleared and was draining well. I answered his questions he had about the water coming from condenser. He did jot have any issues at this time.
Found the system draining into the float switch. Recommend running a new drain line. Also need to seal the supply plenum once it's dry.
On arrival found the system turned off and the fan running. William stated the system was frozen over. Added a pound of 410a.
Found a tripped float switch. Treated the drain system, flushed and tested the drain line.
Tested system and verified airflow to all zones on that system. Checked refrigerant level. System did not malfunction at all today. Possible software glitch that was corrected when system was reset on customers wifi. If problem persists it will need to be caught while it is occurring. Would prefer to do that before replying and parts.

Both units off on float switch. Clear drain and pan and test drainage. Systems operating and draining at this time. Obtain filter size and ordered new filter.
Checked drain, no stopages detected Bottom of AHU & supply plenum are soaked & sweating Vacumed as much water as possible from out of the AHU POSSIBLE CRACK OR VOID IN PAN Fan to be set to ON for 2 to 3 weeks in effort to dry out unit & supply plenum also recommend higher cooling demand temp settings if possible If not dry in 3 weeks this indicates suspicion of crack or void Homeowner to monitor any drying process Further noted observation; the HRU is leaking water next to the ODU
Complaint; hi humidity in wall. ??? Found supply plenum hanging loose from AHU, blowing vast amount of old air into attic Made repair Noted further: AHU in right hand discharge NONE of the necessary changes have occurred to go from Left hand discharge to Right hand discharge as well as some necessary parts are missing AND the drain to outside is run in 1/2" PVC pipe Yes AHU is a drainage disaster waiting to happen. Quoting new system Home needs load calculations before estimate is finalized AND ducting will be a separate price
