Found blower motor bad on A/H. Need to order new not sure on weather or not it's under warranty. Residential application on a commercial building so I think it's only five years. Payne system. M# HK42ER237 Need to order motor and module to be replaced
Arrived and customer has gate on driveway gate closed. Called customer 2 times mailbox not set up left door knocker on gate
Customer has noticed differences in noise levels with new motor as opposed to the old (generic replacement motors are always a little different that OEM) also has newer pleated filter, this was proven to cause a slightly higher noise level from the motor, Made a minor change to motor speed to lessen motor noise, customer will seek out different filter as well. It is noted this unit serves 3 bedrooms with no way for return air to get to the unit when doors are closed
When arrived system a little low on charge, customer questioning weather we removed too much charge on previous visit. Invoice reflects we removed charge and then added on return trip. Adjusted charge, could not do thorough leak search due to weather. Advised customer if system leaks againnwill,again will, to leak search and address.
Drain clogged, flushed drain and treated with viper drain treatment.
