The technician was someone familiar to us and with our cooling/heating units because he had installed and maintained them previously. I felt comfortable having him work in our home and servicing the units inside and out.

Upon arrival the homeowner said that fan would stop running. This is a new unit. Capacitor was good and found the black wire from fan motor was hooked up to harm terminal on capacitor instead of contactor. I switched wire. The homeowner wanted me to test and make sure unit would stay running and restart. I cycled system off and back on and started every time and stays running.
Upon arrival I checked our wiring of new stat and unit. We discussed at length about service at other properties he owns and quoted him a price on a straight cool unit and all the services we provide.
Cleaned drain line again and flushed with descale. Suspect that drain line under house might be kinked or crushed causing chronic drain line back ups. Drain line is under house and sealed behind concrete making it unaccessible for us. Customer is going to talk to neighborhood maintenance on how to possibly fix this.
Upon arrival the system was out of refrigerant. I checked for leak and instantly found leak. I quoted repair but system is very old and needs replaced. I sent quotes for new unit.
