I surmise that the noise is from oil canning of the ductwork. I could not find the exact spot. I cycled the humidifier and furnace without issue.

No cooling. I found the high pressure switch was stuck open. I bypassed the pressure switch and cycled the A/C and unit was operating properly at 321.3 psig high side, 135.7 low side subcooling of 14.2*. Unit is calling for 14* sc. ac is operating properly at this time.
