Furnace inspection and cleaning. I reviewed home inspection report ad addressed the issues. I cleaned the burner vestibule and checked for the cause of the rust. This is from condensation forming in the intake during air conditioning operation. We contacted the Armstrong representative and concluded that this Is not an operational issue and will not detract from the life of the equipment. The furnace was installed January 6, 2014. The air conditioning was installed on July 18, 2012. Both systems are in proper working order at this time.
